Overnight stoppages near Exit 45 Monday and Tuesday
Stoppages of up to 25 minutes at a time for steel removal
SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – On Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22, 2022, overnight stoppages on the Maine Turnpike mainline will occur for the removal of steel on the old Exit 45 bridge. Stoppages are scheduled to occur between the hours of 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM on both nights and will be up to 25 minutes in duration. During the stoppages, mainline traffic with be stopped in both directions near Mile 45.
