Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA), located in Portland, Maine, seeks a full-time IT Project Lead.
This position leads a team of 10+ people comprised of full-time and contract employees, as well as external vendors and manages the activities of the assigned project team. Gathers, analyzes and documents project requirements. Designs modules independently using UML tools, preferable Microsoft. Owns and drives projects throughout the SDLC phases and provides technical and process guidance to the team. Creates test cases and performs testing as per project specifications. Reviews all artifacts created by Developers/Senior Developers and takes ownership for the quality of artifacts before customer delivery.
