Maine E-ZPass Customer Service Center temporarily relocated due to construction
The Center will close at 4:30 PM on 10/18 for the relocation
PORTLAND, Maine – This notice about the temporary relocation of the Maine Turnpike E-ZPass Customer Service Center highlights important changes during construction at the MTA headquarters in Portland. Starting Monday, October 21, the center will move to the rear of the building at 2360 Congress Street. To ensure a smooth transition, the center will close early on Friday, October 18, at 4:30 PM, before reopening Monday morning at 8:00 AM.
The renovations aim to improve both the layout and functionality, including enhanced service windows, expanded entranceways, and upgraded lighting to offer better customer and employee experiences. Visitors will find directional signage in the parking lot to guide them. Normal hours of operation, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, will continue throughout the construction period.
"We appreciate our customers' understanding as we make these important improvements," said Erin Courtney, Director of Communications & Public Relations for Maine Turnpike Authority. "These upgrades will help us provide a more efficient and comfortable experience for everyone visiting the E-ZPass Customer Service Center."
During this time, customers are encouraged to manage their E-ZPass accounts through the online platform, EZPassSaves.com.
