Emily Becker is Vice President of Transportation Planning for WSP with extensive experience leading transportation planning, transit, parking, mobility management, and Transportation Demand Management initiatives throughout New England and across North America. She specializes in developing practical, multimodal transportation solutions that improve mobility, accessibility, and community outcomes while integrating transit, active transportation, parking, and TDM strategies.
Her expertise and leadership have earned industry recognition, including Vice President of WTS-Maine and the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) 40 Under 40 Award in 2023, which honors leaders making significant contributions to the TDM profession.
Emily lives in Poland with her husband and two young kids where they spend as much time as possible outside enjoying all Maine has to offer.
