Eric R. Barnes
Mr. Barnes has 25 years of professional transportation work, including design, construction, and as an owner. This experience has come from working in Maine but also NH, VT, MA, and NY. Mr. Barnes has been at the Authority since 2008 in various Intelligent Transportation Systems-related roles. Eric is an engineering graduate from the University of Maine, Orono. He was born in Rutland, VT and later moved to Hampton, NY where he attended school.
Mr. Barnes lives in Buxton, ME, with is wife Karen and three children. His interests include mountain biking, family camping vacations, snowshoeing, tinkering, the TV show M*A*S*H, and the New York Yankees and San Francisco 49ers.
