Matthew W. Elliot
Mr. Elliot is a graduate of Keene High School in Keene, New Hampshire. He recieved his M.S in Business Administration from Husson College in Bangor, Maine, and B.S in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. Mr. Elliot joined the Authority in 2006 as the Fixed Asset Accountant, was promoted to Accounting Manager in October 2007, was promoted to Controller in October 2013, and was promoted to Director of Finance in December 2023.
