PORTLAND, ME--The Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA) is pleased to inform travelers that all scheduled fuel service puases at select MTA service plazas were successfully completed yesterday, August 11, 2026. Fuel service at all affected locations has been fully restored and is operating normally.
These temporary, two‑hour pauses in fuel availability on August 11 were part of planned upgrades to point‑of‑sale systems.
The MTA appreciates the patience and understanding of travelers during these scheduled interruptions.
