Maine Turnpike Authority Reopens Upgraded E-ZPass Center, Resolves System Interruption

PORTLAND, Maine – Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA) has reopened its E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 2360 Congress Street in Portland, following a series of facility upgrades. The center, located at the entrance of MTA Headquarters, had been temporarily relocated to the rear of the building since late fall to accommodate renovations.

The newly improved facility features a redesigned layout that provides more space for both customers and staff, enhanced lighting, and other updates aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

In addition, the E-ZPass system interruption that occurred in March has been resolved. All toll plaza message signs and lights are functioning properly and if drivers receive a “Call Customer Service” message at a toll, they should follow up, as it is no longer due to a system error.

The E-ZPass Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Customers may visit in person at 2360 Congress Street, call 1-888-MTA-PASS, or manage their accounts anytime at www.EZPassSaves.com.
