PORTLAND, ME—Starting Monday, January 5, 2026, the E-ZPass Customer Service Center at the Maine Turnpike Authority headquarters in Portland will have the following hours for both personal and business accounts.
Hours of Operation:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed
“These hours bring all of our customer service options into alignment,” said Erin Sullivan, Chief Administrative Officer. “We reviewed the usage patterns of our customers in detail and determined that making this change will make more staff available during highest demand times. We hope this helps improves the customer experience.”
MTA's Customer Service Center includes services for personal and business accounts and the Violations Department.
“E-ZPass customers can always manage their accounts online, but we know that in-person service at our retail center remains an important option for many drivers,” said Sullivan. “We’re committed to improving convenience and efficiency, and we look forward to sharing new ways to connect with customers in the coming year.”
The Maine Turnpike headquarters are located at 2360 Congress Street off Skyway Drive and the Jetport Exchange.
